Great shape, but needs new belts. I installed a belt that is the wrong size to test and the drive does work and it will play a cassette, but just at the wrong speed. One would need to order the correct belts, which are easy to find (less than $5 repair). Really easy repair. Just pull the 5 phillips screws on the back out, and install the new belts. No specialty tools needed.
