This shirt actually pre-dates the movie But Im A Cheerleader starring Natasha Lyonne, but obviously this shirt inspired the shirts worn in the movie. This is an 80's version of the shirt with rainbow colors that was distributed by an orthodontist in the 80's to promote straight teeth.
