配送ポリシー
We guarantee your order, and handling is typically 1 business day and if you order early in the day sometimes we can get your order out same day. When you reach check out you will be offered several shipping options. You can pick up at our store in Richland WA for free, or if you live in the Tri-Cities WA area for $10 we will hand deliver the package. If you live out of the area and need a shipping service, an option to use USPS first class (if your package weighs less than 1 lb) or Priority Mail will come up at check out. First class shipping although the cheapest, is also the slowest and offers no insurance, Priority is 2-3 days and comes with free insurance. For heavier orders a UPS or DHL option may be offered as well.
For international orders: we highly recommend using the slightly more expensive DHL option as the turn around seems to be alot quicker. We have seen USPS shipping times of 5 weeks and longer for international packages whereas DHL can get it to you in a week. If you desire a customized shipping option that is not availabe please reach out to us and we can accomodate.
